Floodgate Properties is the real estate division of 5 Stars Studios led by our Managing Director, Todd Kessler. We acquire, manage, and reposition commercial assets that deliver dependable cash flow and long-term value. These properties serve both as revenue generators and as strategic locations that support the expansion of our entertainment ecosystem.
